The Express reckon that the Hammers have registered their interest in signing the Scotland International to Arsenal.

The 26-year-old will be a massive upgrade on Cresswell at the London Stadium, there is absolutely no doubt about that.

Tierney possesses pace in abundance, is a really tenacious tackler and has energy and stamina to burn.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is reportedly prepared to sell the 26-year-old left-back for around £30 million this summer (The Sun). The would represent value good value for money indeed for the Hammers.

Word of warning though – Tierney has experienced terrible injury problems during his time with Arsenal.

He has missed 48 games through injury since the start of the 2019/20 season (Transfermarkt).

That said, Kieran Tierney would be a great signing for West Ham if he maintains his fitness and manages to avoid any kind of serious injuries.
