BREAKING NEWS : What a shocking moment

The 24-year-old forward would be a “very good signing,” according to Alan Shearer, if he joined Newcastle.

Under their new ownership, Newcastle United has already seen four transfer windows. While they have progressed year over year, they haven’t quite blown the bank in the way that many anticipated.

Even though Newcastle is the wealthiest club in the world, it’s difficult to claim that they’ve made any real marquee acquisitions.

Naturally, some of their newcomers have gone on to become superstars, but Newcastle has yet to bring in a proven great player in the same manner that Chelsea or Man City have since their respective high-profile takeovers.

Speaking on The Rest is Football, Alan Shearer was questioned about Newcastle’s business and asked whether he wanted to see any larger names sign. He concurred with Micah Richards that Victor Osimhen would be a fantastic addition if they could get their hands on him.

Osimhen is an excellent choice.
Shearer gave his assessment of the assailant.

“Which person do you want to see? Who would you like to see? When I was at Man City, we signed Robinho, who propelled us forward. Maybe Osimhen is from Naples? Richard enquired.

Although they already had Wilson and Isak, he would have been a really fantastic addition because you can switch them out and rotate. Instead of just going out and getting that big name, they’ve done it considerably differently than we anticipated, Shearer said.

It might not be impossible in the near future for PIF like him, Osimhen, to move to Newcastle. After all, we already know that the player’s admirers include the owners of the Magpies.

As many people are aware, PIF currently owns a number of Saudi Pro League teams, and early this summer they made Osimhen a sizable financial offer to join Al-Hilal.

Although that offer was ultimately rejected, it is evident that there is interest, and if Newcastle can expand their FFP situation a little more next summer, perhaps a transfer is in the works.
