After a lengthy sabbatical, the former manager of Nottingham Forest is “ready to return to management.”
Latest Nottingham Forest news is available at NottinghamshireLive, where it is said that former Reds manager Billy Davies is considering a managerial comeback.

Nearly ten years after leaving his previous position at Nottingham Forest, Billy Davies is reportedly “ready to return to management.”

After leading Forest’s bitter rival Derby County to the Premier League in 2007, the former Reds manager had two separate stints at the City Ground.

Between 2009 and 2011, when he was with Forest for the first time under former owner Nigel Doughty, Davies lost two straight playoff semi-finals. In 2013, he returned to the club under new owner Fawaz Al Hasawi.

During his time in office, The Scotsman engaged in a number of conflicts with the media, leading to accusations that he had “nearly blacked out” some journalists. Others have defended him, though.

In March 2014, he quit the team once more after an eight-game losing streak came to an end with a crushing 5-0 defeat at Derby. Since that time, Davies has not participated in the game.

The Sun, however, now asserts that he is prepared to return to football management for the first time since he left the Reds over ten years ago. Although Davies has apparently been off the radar since he was supposedly considered for the Hearts post in 2017, he is now reportedly trying to make a comeback.

If Davies came back, whose team would be the best match for him? Say something here
