Shocking news former tottenham talent died in a plane crash

‘What a find,’ says Sky Sports analyst, of Tottenham’s £15 million signing.

Following the Liverpool game, Stephen Warnock almost ran out of superlatives for 20-year-old Tottenham Hotspur player Destiny Udogie.

Warnock lauded the defender alongside Micky van de Ven on Sky Sports News’ ‘The Football Show’.

The pundit couldn’t believe how far up the pitch Ange Postecoglou had Udogie positioned.

“But Udogie as well, Udogie my word, what a find he is,” Warnock added.

“I mean, I’m not surprised he came out like that.

“I was watching him and thinking he couldn’t keep making these runs; he was playing centre forward for half the game.”

“And I’m thinking, you’re a left back, I’ll have to go put my boots back on.”

“They’ve got him playing a great style of football.”

Of course, Warnock isn’t the only one who has praised Udogie’s start at Tottenham.

Since joining the Premier League on a permanent basis this summer, the £15 million signing has adjusted quickly.

Whilst Udogie has a very offensive brief under his new manager, he still manages to do a brilliant job heading towards his own goal.

Both Manor Solomon and Brennan Johnson were full of praise for the Italian following the Liverpool game.

And analyst Jamie Redknapp couldn’t believe how far Udogie had come under Postecoglou.

Of course, like the rest of Tottenham’s team, the real test will come when the club suffers a setback.

For the time being, Postecoglou’s new Tottenham team has received no criticism for their performances.

However, an ex-professional like Warnock will be well aware that Udogie and his Tottenham teammates will face difficult times in the future.

And how they recover from those setbacks may be the true litmus test.
