Warriors player seriously injured and may not return

A Minor Injury Has Already Been Sustained By A Warriors Star

The Golden State Warriors were defeated 108-104 by the Phoenix Suns on opening night.

During that game, Stephen Curry and Chris Paul shared the backcourt duties, and Paul finished with 14 points, 6 rebounds, and 9 assists.

However, he appeared to be injured in the process.

Paul had his right ring finger bandaged up after the opening, according to Anthony Slater, and it was still taped up on Friday morning.

However, Paul assured the team that he would be fine and was not mentioned on the team’s injury report prior to their game against the Sacramento Kings.

Fans are now collectively holding their breath, praying that Paul will be able to play on Friday night.

The club is already without Draymond Green, who is an important part of the defence.

And because the Kings are a formidable opponent, the Warriors will need to come out swinging and will want all of their players to be in great shape and ready to go.

Paul’s sharpshooting and strong basketball IQ could be an effective counter to Sacramento’s youth and stamina.

Paul is no stranger to injuries, so any physical ailment he suffers this season will be noted, no matter how small it is.

Although supporters welcomed Paul to the squad and believed Steve Kerr when he declared he’d fit in perfectly, many were concerned about his age and injury history.

It is expected that he may miss some games this season, but fans are hopeful that it does not happen frequently or so early in the season.

Paul insists that he is ready to play and is only “bruised.”

Fans will find out if he is correct on Friday night.
