Adams dropped one of those targets, but he was also missed by quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo on other occasions when he was wide open, which is certainly disappointing. McDaniels said after the game that Adams can only do so much, perhaps taking a jab at Garoppolo for his poor performance at quarterback.
