Why Seminoles? worst nightmare has just happened to Florida state Manager……..

Two more FSU football players will miss the remainder of spring practice due to injury.
Mike Norvell has announced that two more Seminoles will be out for the remainder of the spring.

Florida State is nearing the midway point in spring practice. Injuries are inevitable given the Seminoles’ physicality and level of competition on the pitch. It’s football, after all.

Following Thursday’s practice, head coach Mike Norvell notified the media that two additional players would be out for the remainder of spring. Sophomore wide receiver Destyn Hill and redshirt sophomore tight end Jerrale Powers are both recovering from injuries. Hill suffered an injury during a recent session, and Norvell declined to elaborate on the nature of his condition.

It’s an unfortunate situation as Hill had been one of Florida State’s more consistent wide receivers to this point. He was popping up with one to two big plays a practice while bringing plenty of energy to the field.

“I’ve got one announcement. Destyn Hill will be absent for the remainder of the spring after suffering an injury the other day. Jerrale Powers is the second player who would very certainly miss the rest of spring practice, Norvell said on Thursday. Obviously, as we approach the autumn season, we will continue to assess where things are going and how far they will stretch. I just wanted to provide an update on those two individuals; they will be out for the remainder of the spring.”

The former four-star recruit from the 2021 class arrived at Florida State last summer to begin his college career and appeared in the season opener against LSU. Hill appeared in eleven games, including his first start in a win over Virginia Tech. He has six receptions for 87 yards on the year. Hill was limited at times during the season as he worked to recover from an ankle injury.
