Details on Ravens’ Deal With Top Rookie
The Baltimore Ravens have a deal with their first-round pick.

The Baltimore Ravens have wasted little time in seeking to sign their rookies to contracts.

Nate Wiggins, the No. 30 overall pick from Clemson, is among the first-year pros who have signed contracts.
Wiggins also has a fifth-year option as a first-round pick, which means the team can opt in for the 2028 season at a higher pay. Linebacker Odafe Oweh has his fifth-year option accepted, keeping him with the Ravens until the end of the 2025 season.

Wiggins is highly regarded by the Ravens, who were startled to find him still on the board when they were on the clock and did not hesitate to draft him. As Marlon Humphrey hits his early 30s, he has the potential to be the team’s best cornerback by the end of his deal.

Wiggins is one of five rookies under contract from the current class, along with second-round offensive tackle Roger Roseengarten, fourth-round cornerback T.J. Tampa, and seventh-round newcomers Nick Samac and Sanoussi Kane. Now, Wiggins can relax and prepare for his debut season with the Ravens.
