A software update from Wahoo has added several significant functions to the Elemnt Rival fitness watch that were not included at launch.
Perhaps the most crucial feature for daily use is the ability to view complete alerts from iPhones on the watch. This gives the Wahoo Elemnt Rival a taste similar to that of rival Garmin watches, much like a smartwatch.
Whatsapp, Signal, Telegram, Line, and Wechat are among the functionalities listed by Wahoo. The Elemnt Rival seemed excessively outdated when I initially used it because it could only receive basic SMS and call notifications.
Users of Zwift have even more wonderful news. On the platform, a foot pod sensor may now be swapped out for the Wahoo Elemnt Rival. If you use Zwift for jogging instead of indoor cycling, you must have one.
